Cancellation.

ALL newsletter changes or cancellations  MUST be submitted BEFORE the issue deadline (the 1st of the month for the following month’s issue). Meaning, on the 1st of the month THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED. If no changes are submitted, newsletter personalization will remain AS IS in accordance with the SUBSCRIBER’S previous issue. (Also found in the Subscription Agreement, Section 4. All that is necessary to cancel your newsletter subscription is to fax in a request. Nothing fancy or formal but it DOES REQUIRE a signature and a date. As long as our system receives your cancellation request before the end of the business day on the last day of the month, your next newsletter where the deadline is the 1st of the next month will be canceled going forward. Example:

Your monthly newsletter deadline is always the first of the month for the following month's issue. If you cancel your newsletter account on January 1st, the February issue deadline has passed, you'll have a February issue and your account will not be charged for a March issue or any further issues until you contact support and re-instate your account. It will be for all intents and purposes canceled.

All data is removed from our system and is no longer accessible. This will mean that to reinstate your account you will in effect be signing up for a new newsletter account. This includes set up fees and the reuploading of photos, logos and mailing lists.
