Shipped Extras are the difference between the database count of your mailing list and the actual count of newsletters printed.
If you add a number to the Shipped Extras Field on your dashboard, we will automatically ship you out that amount of newsletters on your next issue. This number is added to your total piece count. In the example below, the demo account has 105 addresses in the database with 45 Extras equating to 150 total pieces. The 45 Extras are shipped FedEx Ground so we can track them. FedEx Ground shipping is applied regardless of the number or Extras.
