Regarding Mailing Lists and adding duplicates. When you upload a mailing list to the system, it is NOT automatically imported.
Our data department will inspect the list to be sure it's formatted correctly for proper labeling, all extraneous data is removed and is unrecoverable.

We need the following fields: (field labels don't have to be exact just properly described)
Company (optional)
First Name (required)
Last Name (required)
Street Address (required)
City (required)
State (required)
Zipcode (required)

Whether you enter in addresses my hand or we import them from an uploaded list. EXACT duplicates will not be accepted by the system. Please read the IMPORTANT section below on what is considered an EXACT MATCH DUPLICATE.
IMPORTANT: To be considered a duplicate, the address, must be an EXACT MATCH to an existing mailing address already on your list or within the same uploaded list. Otherwise, the system will not recognize it as a duplicate. This will result in sending a newsletter to the same address for each instance.
Example: (differences are in bold)
JOHN SMITH 12 MAPLE STREET COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80920

- is not the same as -

JOHN SMITH 12 MAPLE ST. COS, CO 80920-9355

- is not the same as -
JOHN W. SMITH 12 MAPLE STREET COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80920
Should you have any questions or need further clarification, PLEASE CALL US!

It's important to your marketing campaign that duplicates are removed.

Also note that duplicate entries in an uploaded mailing address list with different names are not seen by the import system as duplicates and will result in two newsletters being printed and mailed to the same address
