If in the event you lose your password to the dashboard, there's no way that we can reset it for you. It has to be reset by using the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Go to http://my.xomark.com and you'll be presented with the login screen. Here you will also see a Forgot Password link.

You'll be asked for your customer number and the email address on your record will be sent the link to reset your password. If you don't know your customer number, you can send an email to support@xomark.com and we can send it to you. Also note, you'll find your customer number on all reminder emails as well as payment receipts for your newsletters. Or you can call us at 800-315-1910 and choose Option 2 for customer support.
